- Open Silversands Deluxe in your browser.
- Click the Login button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Enter your password (case-sensitive).
- Click Sign In to access the cashier and games.
Forgot Your Password
- On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
- Click the link and create a new password — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers.
- Sign in with your new password.
Common Login Issues
- "Invalid credentials": Double-check your email and that Caps Lock is off. If you've used the legacy Silversands site, those credentials don't work on Deluxe — accounts are separate.
- Account locked: Multiple failed attempts trigger a temporary lock. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
- Browser issues: Clear cache and cookies, or try a private/incognito window. Make sure your browser is up to date.
- VPN blocked: Disable your VPN — Silversands Deluxe blocks logins from VPN IP addresses for compliance.

Mobile Login
The Silversands Deluxe site is mobile-first and works in any modern browser on iOS and Android — Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Samsung Internet are all fully supported. There is no separate iOS app; an optional Android APK is available from the website. Login flow is identical on mobile.
