    About This Website

SilverSands Casino Net (silversandscasino.net) is an independent affiliate website that provides information, reviews and guides about SilverSands Casino and related brands.

We are not the casino operator. All gameplay, deposits, withdrawals and account management take place on the operator's platform under their own terms of service.

Links marked as sponsored or affiliate may earn us a commission when you sign up and play at the operator. This does not affect the price you pay or the bonus you receive.

By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

    Eligibility

    • •You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or follow any affiliate link from it.
    • •You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country, province or state of residence.
    • •You are responsible for confirming that online casino play is legal in your jurisdiction before registering at any operator we link to.
    • •We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who misrepresents their age, location or eligibility.

    Accuracy of Information

Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment methods and game availability are set by the casino operator and can change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content current but do not warrant that every detail is accurate at the moment you read it.

Always verify the final terms of any offer in the operator's cashier or promotions page before depositing.

Where our content conflicts with the operator's terms, the operator's terms apply.

    Affiliate Disclosure

We participate in affiliate programmes operated by SilverSands Casino and related brands.

If you click an affiliate link on this site and subsequently register and play, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial reviews. Ratings reflect our honest assessment based on publicly available information and player feedback.

You can identify affiliate links by the rel="sponsored" attribute and by our disclosure in the site footer.

    Intellectual Property

    • •You agree not to use the site to post, transmit or link to unlawful, abusive, defamatory or harassing content.
    • •We may block or remove access from any user who breaches these rules.

    No Warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses.

This includes, without limitation, loss of funds deposited at any casino operator, bonus forfeiture, game malfunctions or denied withdrawals — all of which are matters between you and the operator.

Our total aggregate liability to any user will not exceed ZAR 1,000.

    • •Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
    • •Set deposit, loss and session limits in your casino account before you begin.
